    What case are magistra and discipuli? How do we form this case?
    They are in the vocative case. Vocative is always the same as the vocative except when the noun ends in a –us the vocative ending changes to a –e.
    3. Claude fenestram! (claudo, claudere: to close) → Close the window!
    4. Aperi fenestram! (aperio, aperire: to open) → Open the window!
    5. Nolite claudere ianuam! → Don’t close the door!
    6. Aperi ianuam! → Open the door!
